always start with their Roastmasters. Petaluma coffee company is proud
to have the very finest. Brian Patel
heads up our roasting operations. He was one of our very first
employees, coming to us from the wine industry where he had already
developed a keen aptitude for using sight, scent, and taste in the
search for quality. The care and consistent excellence that Brian brings
to our roasting efforts is one of the things we feel most fortunate
about, since the quality of the green coffees we purchase and how they
are dealt with by the roaster are so important to the final quality of
all our coffee products. |
